2. Description of Services
StudyMap provides educational consulting, study abroad guidance, university application assistance, and related services. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information but do not guarantee specific outcomes including, but not limited to, university admissions, visa approvals, or scholarship awards.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. STUDYMAP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STUDYMAP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STUDYMAP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StudyMap and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Sections which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Eldoret, Kenya.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Eldoret, Kenya, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Kenya.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and StudyMap regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and StudyMap relating to the Service.
